Out of home is the one media buy with no screenshot. A billboard, a mural, a wrap or a takeover exists in a street for a few weeks and then it is gone, and the campaign report needs to show it as the public actually saw it.
We photograph and film OOH in situ: the site in context, the detail, the build or paint if there is one, and the people walking past it. Delivered as proof of posting for the client, a case study set for the agency, and cutdowns for the channels. Aerial where the site needs the wider frame, timelapse where the install is the story.
Four recent out of home capture projects with the films, in one place. Press play on any of them, or open the full case study.
01 --- Coca-Cola · 2026 · Leeds
Coca-Cola Leeds Mural
Film and stills following a hand-painted Coca-Cola mural in Leeds from first outline to finished wall. Shot across the paint week, cut for social and delivered with a full stills set for press and brand channels.
Festival coverage of Budweiser’s Bud Live activation at Glasgow Green: the red build against the ferris wheel, the stage, the bar, and a crowd watching Scotland on the big screen. Shot from load-in through to the last song, day into blue hour into night, and delivered as a stills library the brand and its agency could run across press, socials and next year’s pitch.
A Wimbledon-season hosting for Stella Artois, shot in a working glasshouse: a long table laid the length of the room, the strawberry serve built in the vines it came from, and guests through a full afternoon. Product, detail, portrait and room in one pass, delivered as a set that works equally for the brand’s own channels and for press covering the fortnight.
Event film for Defender’s Rugby World Cup activation: the vehicles, the fans and the matchday experience, captured at full scale and cut into a hero film plus social cutdowns in 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16.
Posting dates, the best light for each site and how people actually move past it. Multiple sites and cities are routed so nothing is shot in the wrong light.
02
Capture in situ
The site in context, the creative in detail, the public passing it, and the install or paint as a timelapse where that is the story.
03
Deliver
A dated proof-of-posting pack per site for the campaign report, a case study set for the agency, and cutdowns for the channels.
--- Who it’s for
Media agencies, out of home owners and brands that need proof a campaign was up, and assets good enough to show it off afterwards. Billboards, murals, wraps, digital screens and activations in public space.
--- Questions
What is proof of posting?
Dated photographs of each site showing the creative live, for the client’s campaign report. Out of home is the one media buy with no screenshot, so this is how it gets evidenced.
Can you cover multiple sites and cities?
Yes. We route the sites by posting date and light, and from the London studio most of the country is within a day.
Can you film the install?
Yes. Timelapse of a paint or install, plus film and stills of the finished piece, is often the most useful asset the campaign produces.
