Progress, timelapse and handover films across live sites for main contractors and developers. We are site-ready: inducted, insured and used to working around programme, weather and trades.
The strongest construction films are planned across the build, not bolted on at the end. Progress visits plus a handover shoot give you a before-and-after that helps win the next tender.
Five recent construction films projects with the films, in one place. Press play on any of them, or open the full case study.

G&H Building Services
Construction film for G&H Building Services, following a live scheme from works through to finished handover. Ground coverage combined with CAA-licensed aerial for a before-and-after that helps win the next tender.
A ninety-second film and a full stills set for Morgan Sindall on a completed residential development in Leeds. Aerial and ground cinematography on the exterior, architectural photography through the amenity spaces and entrances, cut into one piece a contractor can put in front of clients, partners and the trade press without further explanation.
Aerial and cinematography for Sika at Pates Hill Windfarm in Scotland, flying the Inspire 3 above the cloud line to put the turbines in their landscape. Renewable infrastructure shot at the scale it deserves, on the ground and in the air.
Highlights film from Trimble’s Connected Construction event in London, cut from multi-camera coverage of the sessions and the show floor and delivered as a fast wrap for the brand’s channels.
An ongoing content programme for GVA across environmental and highways operations. Aerial and ground coverage of live works: verge and vegetation management alongside a motorway, biomass processing, hillside plant, night shifts under lights and waterway maintenance. Cut into a run of short films for socials and case studies, and shot alongside a set of on-site crew portraits taken in the yards and cabs rather than a studio.
Inducted, in PPE, working to site-specific risk assessments and method statements. We work around the programme, the weather and the trades, not the other way round.
02
Capture
Ground cinematography, licensed aerial and timelapse, on single visits or monthly progress rounds from fixed positions so the film cuts together over a year.
03
Cut for the audience
Progress films for internal reporting, handover and case study films for the public, tender support and social cutdowns. Same footage, different jobs.
--- Who it’s for
Main contractors, developers, housing associations and product manufacturers who need a live site captured properly: for the board, for the shareholders, for the handover, for the next tender.
Yes. Inducted, insured, and used to working around a programme. Site management tells us where we can and cannot be and we plan the day around it.
Do you do monthly progress films?
Yes. Fixed camera positions and a regular visit, so the film shows the build going up rather than a set of unrelated visits.
Is construction footage kept confidential?
Yes. A lot of construction work is for internal or shareholder use only and never published anywhere. What can and cannot be shown is agreed before we shoot, and we keep to it.
