Event Videographer
in London
Multi-cam crews, same-day edits and stills alongside the film, for brand hostings, launches, conferences and live shows across London.
Film, stills and the same-day edit, from one London crew.
Northworks is based in London, so a London event carries no travel cost and the crew already knows the rooms and their load-in rules. The edit plan is agreed before the doors open, which is what makes a same-day cut possible, and the stills are graded to match the film so everything from the night looks like it came from one place.

Brand hostings and dinners
Intimate rooms and considered light, covered without getting in the way: Stella Artois in a working glasshouse at Wimbledon, House of Rémy Martin, Carolina Herrera with Karlie Kloss.
- 02
Conferences and B2B events
Sessions, show floor and the conversations in between, cut into highlights while the event is still relevant. Trimble’s Connected Construction event is one of ours.

Before the day
Run of show, a walk-round of the venue and the edit plan: which films need to exist before the event ends, and which can follow.
- 02
Load-in
Kit in on the venue’s schedule, cameras placed where the producer and the venue have agreed, film and stills briefed together.
- 03
On the floor
Multi-cam on the stage and the room, a roaming camera on the moments, and footage offloaded through the day so the edit starts before the doors close.
- 04
After
Same-day highlights and verticals for your channels, then the full film and the graded stills set.
Can you deliver an edit on the same day?
Yes, when it is planned for. The edit is agreed before the doors open, footage is offloaded through the day and the cut starts on site, so highlights and verticals are on your channels while people are still talking about the event. The full film follows.
How big a crew does a London event need?
As big as the event and no bigger. A hosting or a dinner can be one camera plus stills. A keynote, a show or a launch across several rooms is multi-cam, with stills running alongside. The people who quote the job are the people on the floor.
Can you shoot stills alongside the film?
Yes, and it is usually the easier day for you: one brief, one call sheet, one team to point at the VIP. At House of Rémy Martin the film and the photography came from the same crew, graded to match.
How do you handle venue load-in?
We work to the venue’s production schedule: load-in slot, access route, accreditation and where cameras can and cannot stand, all confirmed with your producer before the day. A tight crew with kit that travels light fits the venue’s rules rather than asking for exceptions.
