Construction Video Production
in Leeds & Yorkshire
Progress films, case study films, CAA-licensed drone and timelapse for contractors, specialist subcontractors and developers across Yorkshire. Inducted, insured, and edited by the crew that shot it.
Site-ready, CAA licensed, and an easy day from any Yorkshire site.
London is the studio, with a second base in Leeds, and that is where our Yorkshire construction work starts: Morgan Sindall’s Springwell Gardens, GVA’s highways and environmental crews, the West Midlands pavilion at UKREiiF. A Leeds shoot carries no travel cost. The people who quote the job are the people on site and in the edit, so nothing gets lost between the site manager’s brief and the finished film.
Your sites are full of work that never gets documented properly. The jointing, the groundworks, the night shifts and the commissioning happen once and are then buried under the next phase. What is left is a handful of phone photos, a drone clip from whoever had one, and a tender document with the same three pictures as last year. The work that wins the next job is the work you can show.
Regional contractors, specialist subcontractors in power, utilities, civils and M&E, and developers across Yorkshire. Firms with serious work on the ground and a website, a tender library and a LinkedIn page that do not show it yet.

Progress documentation
Regular visits from fixed positions, so the record shows the build going up rather than a set of unrelated days. For the board, the funder or the client, and kept private where it needs to be.
- 02
Project case study films
The finished scheme, the team and the problem it solved, cut into a film a bid team can put in front of a client. Morgan Sindall’s Springwell Gardens in Leeds is ninety seconds of exactly that.
- 03
CAA-licensed drone
The shape of the site, the length of a highway scheme, the scale of a yard. Flown by the same crew as the ground coverage, so it grades and cuts as one film.
- 04
Timelapse
Fixed cameras across a pour, a lift or a whole phase, so months of work play back in seconds.
- 05
How-to and method films
One product, system or method walked through step by step in a single clear run: how it goes in, how it is tested, how it is maintained. Short enough to watch on a phone before a shift, clear enough to send to a client.

Recruitment content
Your own people on site, in the yards and the cabs, rather than stock photos of hard hats. Crew portraits and short films for the careers page, the apprentice intake and LinkedIn, shot the way we shot GVA’s crews.
Every visit starts with the site induction. Our RAMS are with the site manager before we arrive, we wear the PPE the site asks for, and we stand where we are told to stand. The programme, the weather and the trades come first, and the cameras fit around them.

One shoot day a month. A library that keeps growing.
Instead of one film every few years, we spend a day a month on one of your live sites. That day becomes a project film, social cutdowns, a stills set and a written case study. Month by month it builds a library your bids, your LinkedIn and your recruitment all draw from, and every piece shows current work rather than a scheme from three years ago. It is how we already work with GVA: an ongoing programme, not a one-off film.
- A project filmThe scheme, the team and the problem solved, cut for tenders, the website and client meetings.
- Social cutdownsVertical and square versions for LinkedIn and the rest, captioned for sound-off.
- A stills setGraded to match the film, for bid documents, reports, press and the careers page.
- A written case studyThe story of the job in words, ready for the website and the tender library.
- Tenders and bidsRecent, relevant work in every submission, instead of the same three pictures.
- LinkedInA steady run of posts showing the business at work, without anyone in the office having to make them.
- RecruitmentCareers content with your own people and sites in it, for the apprentice intake and every vacancy after it.

A 15-minute call
The site, the programme, who the film is for and whether it is public or internal. You come away knowing what is possible and what we would film first.
- 02
One shoot day
Site induction first thing, RAMS supplied ahead of the day, PPE on. Ground, drone and timelapse from one crew, working around the programme and the trades.
- 03
Edit
Cut, graded and captioned in-house by the people who shot it, with revision rounds agreed up front.
- 04
Deliver
The project film, the cutdowns, the stills and the written case study, sized for your bids, your website and your channels.

Next site
Then we pick the next live job and do it again, so the library grows with the work instead of in a rush before a big tender.
Do you cover sites outside Leeds?
Yes. The rest of Yorkshire is an easy day from our Leeds base, and GVA’s highways, biomass and waterways work has already taken us across the county. A Leeds shoot carries no travel cost, and anything further is costed up front in the quote.
Will filming hold up the programme?
No. We do the site induction, our RAMS are supplied before the day, and the site manager decides where we can and cannot be. Drone flights are coordinated with site management, so nothing on site stops for us.
We are a specialist subcontractor. Is this for us?
Often more than for a main contractor. Power, utilities, civils and M&E packages usually sit inside someone else’s scheme and never make it into anyone’s case study. A film of your package, agreed with the principal contractor, is the evidence your own bids are missing.
Can you film highways and night works?
Yes. GVA’s programme covers verge and vegetation work alongside a motorway and night shifts under lights, all filmed on live works and to the site’s rules. Night work needs more planning and a lot more light, and we plan for both.
